Thought I’d ask here if anyone has any experience with this box as Iv read a few people on the American pages state these are a lot stronger than the series 1 RX8 box and stronger than the FD box. Is this the case in people’s experience?
I’m basically still looking at gearbox options, I was gonna go CD009/A box, but it’s coming out more expensive than I initially thought and would be around 5k with a decent clutch.
Then I thought I’d just bang a gearset in my FD box, but obviously this will take time so I could run the S2 RX8 box in the interim.
It may even be the case that if the S2 box is a viable option then I could use that while I save up for a proper dog box.
what are people’s experiences?
