Has Anyone tried Hardrace pillow ball?

Picture looks funny? There's only 6 that are the same, why are there 8 different ones?

Two are not pillow ball they are some other bushing from rear lower arms.

These arrived today, they look pretty good and have dust seals to keep the water out. Kit comes with 4 large pillow balls, 2 smaller ones and 2 rubber bushes.

Will update once I get round to fitting them.

Haven't there supposed to be a groove for C-clip?

The grove would be in the arms

4 large pillow balls, 2 smaller ones and 2 rubber bushes.

This is whats confusing me, I get the two rubber bushes for the control arms,
but the other 6 pillow balls are all the same so why you got two different ones, interested to see how you get on with fitting.

just had a double take, and man they look weird please post picture when done!

Heres a pic of mine with J-auto ones and powerflex black for the rear control arms for reference
circ clips (from j-auto) or boots (genuine mazda) not yet installed

This is what the total kit looks like. Going by your picture, the kit only seems to cover the top arms and not the lower. Seems a bit rubbish if that’s the case as I’ll still need another 4 smaller pillow ball bushes for the lower arms?! :(

Actually, just re-read the description and it does state upper arm bushes. So I guess it’s still best to go with J-Auto or Mazda.

ahh yes it's only for the upper arms! it even says on your link lol

The look right for that, although I wouldn't personally have gone pilow balls for that, would have stuck with rubber or poly, as pillow balls in place of the rubber mounts is a bit too race car for me.

for clarity, as you can see from my top circling:

Red ones are pillow balls
Green/purple bushes recommended to go rubber or poly you could use pillow balls but would be very 'race car', I'd recommend super pro kits over powerflex
Blue OEM bush are a bit funny, RX7 club will tell you not to buy powerflex, and to only use OEM, superpro don't do this one so you have to buy powerflex if going poly. although looking at the pic those hard race ones look a good aftermarket solution

Remember always rubber up!
And use lube to get them in.
