Tried the meisters on this evening
Rears fitted fine and look great, fronts not so much
They hit the k sports and need 10mm spacing to just about clear, unfortunately the stock studs don’t really allow 10mm without extended studs

So 10mm spacers and extended studs are on the shopping list along with a pair of tyres for the rear
I’m thinking 245 or 255 to avoid having to roll the rear arches

Love SSRs I'd grab a pair if they weren't so high shelf. Will look great once you have them sorted.

EDIT: although I do love SSRs I only just realised these are Work wheels

Tyres fitted today
225/40 fronts and 245/40 rears
Had some issues getting them balanced as the back pads so thin none of their taper pieces fitted
But solved using a hubcentric wheel spacer

When I took the old wheels off I noticed one of my cv boots was leaking, 2 months later I got round to doing the job it was surprising simple actually thanks to Mazdas cv design making it easy to take the end off

Took the car for a run after
Really like the new wheels

Been quiet this year, cars been reliable, last outing at retro rides gathering I managed to snap my front diff mount one roundabout from home.
This meant my prop was hitting the chassis and making a horrific noise

I limped it back to my workshop and left it for a couple of months but put some hours in this week to make a new mount that should last a bit longer

Test fitting tomorrow
