Thinking of getting an Impact Wrench to assist with removing wheel nuts.etc

Anyone found one that they could recommend

Cheers

makita 1002z
dewalt 889n
INGERSOLL RAND (Make Snap On)

I have dewalt as most cost effective....

I have snapon cordless, picked it uo used from the local snapon guy, its decent. The mac tools one kicks its pants though.
All depends on how much you want to spend and if you want air, battery or mains.

I've got a dewalt one DCF899HN it's a beast 1000NM 3 speeds, always use on speed 1 or 2. Not struggled with anything yet.

I did have a Clarke one but sold it as it was shit and couldn't remove much of what I tried it on. Don't buy a cheap one. There are other decent manufacturers out there just go with whichever to keep all the batteries the same, my dad has a Makita one which is just as good

X3 for the Dewalt. Things a beast and the only bolts it couldn’t remove were ones that I needed to use a torque multiplier for

yeah that one (y) (y) (y) (y) think i paid £135 naked

machine mart one was £70 but this one is twice as good

Depends how much torque you need. If just wheel nuts and normal fixings then I recommend the Makita DTW285Z. It's a light/compact unit, so can use it in tight spaces and 400Nm is enough to remove wheel nuts. 3 different torque settings and has a mode which will stop the tool once it sees a drop in torque to avoid throwing the nut across the garage.

You really need to choose your brand of cordless tools and stick with it. Batteries and chargers are expensive.

I have a Milwaukee one which is an absolute beast! Loads better than the Snap-On equivalent for about half the price.

I believe it's this one.

A lot of tool manufacturers are the same, for example I think the milwake and dewalt are the same unit in different colours, batteries fit

I have snapon, and where they say there is a difference, that means it's twice as much and half as good as the dewalt, mac or milwalkee ones.

Always been impressed watching what bad obsession use on project binky, don't think they are cheap though.
