Seriously! What's the point when you could get a decent spray job for that price?
Yeah I understand it don't scratch and protects your paint job yada yada but I'd rather spend that kinda money on a spray job!
I havnt had a quote below £2000 for a respray, the closest one to £2000 was a guy who does it in the garage at the back of his house.
I’ve been quoted a rough £1500 minimum for a full wrap from a company in Newport.
That’s why my car is still multi coloured!
yeah £1000 is megggaaaaa cheap. although cheap spray jobs in a 2k gloss colour can always be flattened and buffed to a perfect finnishI’d ask how and where![]()

Hey! Yes I’ve recently had mine wrapped. £1400 inc vatAny of you guys had full wraps? How much roughly did it cost?
You know what they say. Pay peanuts get monkeys. If I’m paying to have it done I think I’d like to just stay with the vintage red, not sure how shit a 2k red gloss would look.
That’s the dilemma, be a cheap arse and risk it being shit even after sinking a grand or 2 into it or wait it out and pay a bit more, I’m not overly fussy but it would hurt seeing runs and shit loads of overspray etc after a paying out.
I sprayed my old s13 myself but it was matte
I wouldn’t mind paying a grand or so for a wrap if it was mint when finished, gonna be in the same boat in a few years time again then though
