Lower rear suspension arm

I've had a knock coming from the rear of my car, ('03 fd), under heavy-ish braking. I've traced it to the rear lower suspension arm where all the bushing is pretty well shot. Any recommendations of where I can get replacements? I'd be happy to get a pair of the arms, but if that's not possible, just all the bushes.
Cheers
Rick

Your best bet is Mazda for those parts to be honest. You might find Amayama better on price, but worth calling Mazda for a quote just incase. With the inner bush it's best to stick with OEM. Powerflex do make a poly version but the OEM bush is better. The rest of the lower arms are pillow balls and these will be what's causing your knocking.

Per lower arm you'll need:

FD0128460 x1 Rear lower arm inner bush
FD0128461 x1 Rear lower arm inner bush rubber spacer
FD0126220 x2 Pillow balls
FD0126250 x4 Pillow ball covers

Thanks Ceylon - that's great. TBH, I hadn't even thought of contacting Mazda! (Always look for the obvious first...)

Hi Ceylon - got all the parts ordered. Just over half from Mazda UK, (although one part is coming from Belgium), and the rest from Amayama. What surprised me was the only parts list Mazda had was in Russian so they could only use pictures! Thank you for the numbers Ceylon - that was very much appreciated.

Hi Ceylon
I've got all the parts now - Amayama are very good. Quick and plenty of updates. Thank you. However, I'm just wondering if I don't need another pair of bearings? The lower suspension arm has 3 on it, each end and somewhere in the middle. Is there another one I've missed? I'm also trying to get hold of Mazda, (no success today), to see if I can get a copy of their Russian parts list. I think it may prove useful!

Here's a picture of what I have at the moment;

Ah the numbers I gave you were per arm so you'd need two sets for both arms, not sure if you noticed that bit?
Wow! I guess I didn't! That's a lot of cash! Well, I can at least change the worst one now. Thanks Ceylon
