Interesting this happened to you @Fiddy I couldn't even get my thumb screw in! I tried to force it as the screw is supposed to be a tougher material than the holder and got a similar result:

Had to go out and buy a tap and a new thumb screw. If you end up going down the same route I have a spare screw (M5)

Absolutely!

One other member notified me of some powdercoat build up in the threads on this last batch. I recommended chasing it with a tap first, which I will do before I ship anymore.

That said, PM me and I'll get another knob out to you ASAP.

I emailed GA the other day to query my carbon kick plates and received an email straight away.

they’ve been waiting on the carbon parts to arrive, which they thankfully have now (some at least).

I’ve also received an email saying they’ve shipped now too, so hopefully won’t be too much longer.

I’m not sure if all carbon parts came in at the same time or not, so it may be worth sending them an email to ask.
