Yes will work fine, Its more of a recomendation to have it further away to give the mixture time to pull heat from the air etc. just watch that its not spraying directly on the throttle plates as its slightly slow reacting with the controllers and this will give a nice chuck of wm between fast gear changed for the engine to swallow

Watch with WMI, Its fooooking awsome stuff but as i tell everyone, if you use too much it you will break down the lubrication in your engine weather it be 2t or omp. Thats whats caused low compression in my engines in the past. with scraped housings

I'm using the smallest schnozzle. I don't seem to be going through much of it. I filled my tank and did 1000 miles and it's barely moved.

Temps do go down a couple of degrees instead of going up after you hit boost.

I'm using the mid sized nozzle which is a 500cc iirc. It works fine Nas and with a fast iat sensor you can really see the temps drop. It's angled to spray directly at the bend not the butterflies so is infact shooting a little downstream if you get what i mean. If you use the test button the nozzle produces quite a good mist anyway along as it's clean.

If i ever change to a greddy elbow which i probably will at some point then ill probably tap the pipework a little earlier down the intake pipework.

I very rarely use meth Gav as i can't be arsed to get hold of the stuff and the car is not tuned for it anyway. I've seen the effects of too much wmi on rotary internals and it can quickly cause problems if you use to much. Ive usually just stuck with water for cooling and don't have it starting spraying until I'm over 0.5bar progressing to full flow only over 1.2 bar.

That said i use over 5ltrs of water on a trackday and as high as 8 litres if it's a quiet day with very little red flags.

i have had 1 issue with my wmi system, the boost switch stuck on and was drowning out the spark on idle

You were lucky to get one them rx7s! I searched 3 asda around this area and only the one stocked 1 rx7 which I got for simaroon for his lad at Christmas and there were 5 skylines on the shelf so he had one of those too and I had one seems they were so cheap! I kept looking around all the asda over the following 2 weeks then all of a sudden 4 rx7s turned up at the asda I got all the other ones from so I couldn't leAve it there have you driven it yet? It's really good fun, not really fast but good fun and great to look at
