Superpro fitting problems

I bought the full superpro Bush kit & have began fitting it, steering rack & upper arms were fine then came the front lower arms.

The front bushing & the rear bushing are different part numbers but the bushings themselves are identical in size, the front I was able to push in with my hand no problem but the rear bush is much tighter as the hole is 45mm with the Bush being 49mm I have contacted the seller & they confirmed correct part & measurements.

I can get one side in with my press ok but when I press in the other side it goes in but its not fully flush to the edge of the arm & when I try ro press in the metal sleeve the Bush pushes back out regardless of which side I press the sleeve from

Anybody else have any issues fitting these?

I did mine a while ago and didn't have any issue with the fronts, only the rear toe was a PITA for me.

Have a look at this diagram and cross check the numbers. Also the numbers are stamped into the bush too so worth checking these as well in case of incorrect bush in packets.

Yes have checked numerous times part numbers stamped on bushes all match up I was convinced it was an error & got the seller to confirm dimensions of that bush which were all correct. One half went in fine but the other doesn't fully seat into arm so when I press the sleeve in this happens. Going to pull it back out tomorrow & try one of the others
