Speedo mph sticker

Has anyone got a solution or know where you can get MPH stickers its been converted to miles and had a sh@#€y sticker with some cellotape over it just after something that looks abit better

Only invisible option would be new gauge faces I think.
On my car someones used a tiny square of fairly well colour matched tape to hide the "k" so that it reads "m/h" not right but fairly subtle.
