I'll just being my spares and tools anyway, if i can avoid bringing the trolley jack that's a bonus. Only thing i may need to do is a front pad swap as the Bentley straight looks hard on the fronts but will see. Either way fronts is piss easy usually and doesn't take long.

I'm sure @Stu Rotortorque will be able to bring one. "Gramps" is coming the next day and could bring it in his van.

I have never had to jack my car up on a track day but I guess I'm not that hard on my brakes.

Neither have i yet but i usually being a spare set unless I'm travelling down on brand spankers. The biggest issue is trying to drive home grinding steel, done it once and £500 later discs and pads replaced.

Engine braking instead? You are motorway most of the way afterwards! lol.

Anyone driving up from Essex tomorrow, a couple of us are meeting at the Harlow McDonald's off the M11 at 7am. Feel free to join us.

I will probably eat dinner at home quickly since I will end up at the hotel after 9pm.

Great day out and really enjoyed it! Good day, not too hot although I had issues with air temps until I figured out after 3:30pm that the reason was simply the fact that the water injection controller wasn't set up correctly. Adjusting the start PSI lower and the max PSI lower helped tremendously and I was able to do a couple of quick laps after fixing the issue.

My 99 twins were also causing issues as they want to spool so badly and demand so much fuel! I had to turn down the wastegate duty and the boost level about 3 times to get it to stop boosting beyond 0.95 bar which was still probably beyond the limit of the stock fuel system as I was regularly tapping 99.5-100.0% duty cycle! Anyway, the 99s are awesome and I love this track, and got to go out with most of the guys on the circuit.

Results are in for the guys I got to go out with as a passenger. Get your excuses ready!
