Rear boot struts rattling - How to fix?

Hi all,

My rear passenger side boot hatch strut is rattling at the ball joints, does anyone know how to fix this or if it's easy to get replacement bushings (if they even have them) or am I going to have to replace it?

Pack it with grease

You used to be able to get plastic bushings, but if the ball joints are rattling, the strut has lost some pressure and is not pressed into the sockets.
