Passenger door jammed.

So after getting the car mapped I didn't screw the kick plate down on the passengers side, and now it's trapped between the door and the sill. Tried wiggling it, prying it down, prying it up, applying brute force, it ain't moving. Would I have to take the door card off? Don't think I can as I would have to open the door for the 2 screws on the bottom (right) any one else found themselves in this pickle, and how did you resolve it?

Ooh nice! I'd be inclined to open the window and if you have enough room, use one of them thin nylon straps that tie bicycles to bike racks, (one towed my micra) wrap it around the door frame, tie it to the towing eye on your car and gently roll the car forward for tension and get someone to pull the door handle from inside and push door or outside and pull door ?

no body panic, all sorted, turns out it was a screw from the door card getting trapped on the rubber
