I've got these Mahdi ceasar alloys on my Rx-7, they came on the car when I bought it.

I don't like the red so I am going to refurbish them in a metallic gunmetal or something then they will look alot better.

Desmond regamasters would be the dream.

Tyres are Michelin Pilotsport Cup II’s

Front arches required the lips rolling flat but other than that no issues. Could get away with a 275 in the rear.

Work Meister S1's. Pretty much always wanted a set of these so doubt this setup will change for me. Plus options for me are limited due to the ridiculous kit.

I had some standards 16’s that are now obsolete with the bigger brakes. I think there is a time and a place for standard wheels. I actually really like the simple 5 spoke RS wheels.

Now I have The following:
Set of RS wheels needing a refurb
Set of RZ wheels
Set of 17x8 17x9 et35 BBS RG139 (these either need the centres opening up a touch or some spaces to clear the hub centre)
Finally and possibly beat, a set of Panasport G7’s that need building up 17x8.5 17x9.5. I think these will look nice on the Montego blue.

My mate has/had a set on his Fd too, that has been layed up in a garage for a good few years (pre 2010 at least lol).

They look really cool, but also look kinda heavy?

How much needs to be taken off the RGs? I had a set that were a millimetre or two small and opened them up with a flapper wheel. Wouldn't feel comfortable doing it much more than that though

Yeah they probably only need a mm taking off the ID, I keep meaning to get them to a machine shop to open them up.
However then I’ll need to find money for tyres and have more decisions about what to put on the car.

I have 17" RPF1's, car is lowered by 25mm on Racing Beat springs

8.5 et30 with 235's up front
9.5 et38 with 255 in the rear

Hi mate, from memory they were Goodyear Eagle F1’s.
