V mount at motorway speeds after a pull

Also, any reason that I cannot keep the A/C with a V Mount if I am just tilting the radiator backwards? The little A/C condenser sits on the front of the radiator as is.

The Rotary Works kit keeps the AC, so should be possible. Think you just need to bend the lines a little? It's been a while since I had AC and I removed mine with a grinder.

Keeping the A/C is less of an issue than the battery tbh, if you can come to terms with moving the battery then you have a decent amount of choice in terms of V mount setup even with the A/C.

I would think that the battery doesnt actually need to go anywhere. I don't think I necessarily need a monster intercooler core, it just needs to be repositioned in a V Mount way for better heat dissipation.

The core I will use will probably be smaller than this too by a bit..

What intakes would you go for Roy? Obviously the stock airbox isnt going to fit in there too

That could work, may need to custom make it I would imagine as obviously it will limit your choice, my greddy trust kit has the option and parts to keep the A/C but obviously moves the battery.

A core size like the above could work? You can get those off ebay then make up ducting panels to seal it up.

It will be a custom solution kind of like the Knight Sports V Mount intake option. An extension of both pipes towards the front down the side of the intercooler near the headlight area, and blocked off and isolated.

Yes, that is the general idea although I want to see if I can just flip my Greddy SMIC on its side first and look into modifying the end tanks to suit.

And I will hope to make it look a lot cleaner and nicer than that photo.

Good shout, the Knight Sports intake looks very efficient. I am worried about Apexi/Greddy intakes not getting the right amount of ducting, although being close to my hood vents they might actually work quite well
