FDOC fundraising - closes on 7s Day 2019

22 generous donations and we made it to the goal in less than 24 hours. Amazing!

We'll get onto the next steps for the site in short order. Great momentum so far with the community ever since we got everyone over here from FDUK.

It has taken a lot of self promoting but the community is more active than ever and we have had a good turnout at events in the last 18 months or so. I can think of:

Guildford Meet
7s Day at Mazda HQ and in Wales
Dyno Day with Rotor Torque at Jamsport
Dyno Day with TGS up North
Japfest twice
JDM Combe
Other car meets
Caffeine and Machine Spring Meet
Birmingham Garage Reg BBQ
Rotary Track Day on 5th July
Another Dyno Day this fall

And more to come!

Most importantly, thanks to everyone so far for contributing to the forum and making the effort to actually show up to some events and socialise.

Extra towards a club calendar, lanyard, etc. for contributors and future members I think. Or flags for shows at least! And coffee mugs!

Donated, even though a new member I've been doing a lot of research on here so worth the money.

My 2p's worth. In the past i was a member of the locostbuilders forum. They don't have club member ship but like her now, you can contribute to helping the running of the club. On your profile it came up that you were contributor.

Membership and restricted areas i think is bad idea, though like the locostbuilders site, contributors have access to for sale and wanted items exclusively for 48 hours (think this has been mentioned before)

Keep up the good work and really appreciate what you're doing.
