Got my cluster repaired recently it looked good on the test bench but when I put it back in the car it’s not working properly.

Don't seem to have coolant, fuel level, oil pressure or mileage. both fuel level sender and coolant temp sensor seem to be working fine. Milage is appearing intermittently.

Any ideas

Likely to be a battery or ground power fault, as so many items in same area affected. IIRC it could even be a fuse, as power to the cluster is supplied by 2 fuses. Not able to check as away from home. Could simply be dodgy pin connection supplying battery via one of the cluster's four connectors. My bet would be on battery/ignition power missing, rather than ground.

I have now had a chance to check the wiring diagram. Note the items that the gauges that you reported as not working (inside the red circle) are all supplied with battery power (through the ignition switch) via the 15A "METER" fuse, highlighted in yellow, and cluster connector pin 2D. Note the Speedo PCB (and the tacho connected via that PCB), receives permanent battery power via the 10A "ROOM" fuse, highlighted in green and connector pin 4E . If your tacho is working, then the METER fuse and power connector pin 2D would be the most likely failure points.

You may spot that the METER fuse also supplies a separate pin on the Speedo PCB, but my circuit tracing suggests this is only involved with "Steering Pressure Sensing" on the PCB.

Good luck with getting to the source of the issue.
