Centre Console with Bins

Odd question , but do all cars fitted with Rear "Bins" have a longer/extended centre Console or just some models or Country specific ?
mine doesn't but I swapped the rear seats out for Bins about 20 years ago !

LHD cars had the longer centre console. no RHD market ever got the longer centre console.

Oh that makes perfect sense , as seen a few on Tube and could just notice them with inside shots of the car.
