Cat question

The back of my ancient stock catalytic converter is glowing a lovely red colour at idle. Time to replace it. Has anyone got any recommendations, ideally UK sourced?

Car has PFC, cat back exhaust and K&N panel filter on stock turbos and boost level. Can I get a cat that's a drop on or will I need to get the map tweaked?
