Boost issue that goes away when restarted

Mac valves are just solenoids. They are cheap and robust. Would be quite involved to do, there are write ups on t’internet somewhere. I would just go non sequential for now and save the pennies for a single turbo and save yourself the headache.
Omg, that's the worst advice ive ever heard. Don't go non seq, all it does is make your twin turbo set up shit and doesn't really resolve the issue.

Let's fix your seq twins and get you loving it

Fair enough. I have a black box in the garage. Got to be a couple of good ones in there. You can have it if you want to rebuild you’re one.
Am going to japfest can bring up with me.

I don't even fully know what the sequential twins are like yet to appreciate them so I'd love to get them working properly, in years to come I'd maybe go single turbo.

Oh your an absolute gem if your happy to donate your old black box!! Only show I am hitting is jae I think but I've plenty friends probably going to japfest!

Think I have found the culprit.

Done some testing and everything worked fine cold, resistance on the black box was about right and they all clicked when applying 12v, however after a little bake in the oven the charge control solenoid stops working, so what do I do now? Someone has kindly offered me an old blackbox that also has issues that maybe I can make a good one from the two or can I buy this solenoid brand new? Also tested a couple other solenoids and they all passed the test.

Got a vacuum pump coming tomorrow so ill give them a leak test too.

So far I am happy I've found something that's not right so I can replace it.

I would check out price on new first, then make a decision from that.

Are all the solenoids the same in the box? Anyone know a part number.

I've got a friend that works at Mazda so will ask him tomorrow.
