Block the current influx of spam bots posting trash

It's quite a few posts every other day, from discount codes to items for sale or wanted, I think this ties in with the scammer comments posted in the thread below. This platform is being targeted.

I've upgraded the forum to the latest version and put in some additional spam controls. I'll keep an eye on things in the next week or so and see how it goes.
