So where to start, this is my new shell and new base for my dream Rx7. My first Rx7 didn't go so well with it blowing up after 22 miles down the road, I am putting that one back together and its being sold off.
Chassis + Exterior:
- Original Kazama Auto front bumper with carbon front canards and custom hdpe splitter
- Original Kazama Auto front arches with TCP Magic brake fender ducts
- Scoot frp bonnet
- Rasty Japan frp doors with carbon door cards, glass and motors
- Kazama Auto side skirts
- Kazama Auto rear fenders blended into the b-pillars
- Front windscreen with good condition surround
- Rear hatch with lexan screen and good condition surround
- Rear bumper with additional custom venting
- Diffuser (custom aluminium) with hdpe under panels
- Seam welded and welded in multipoint caged shell
- Stock steering rack
- Yellow speed shocks (yet to install)
- Ikeya Formula adjustable rear lower arms and trailing link with metal pillow ball bushings
- Toe-links adjustable with metal pillow ball
- Stock upper arms with metal pillow ball
- Moonface Super Now roll center correction front lower arms with metal pillow ball
- Moonface bump steer adjust tie rod ends
- Stock front upper arms with metal pillow ball
-CSG v4 tail lights (yet to install)
- R-magic carbon fiber side air dams
- R-magic carbon rear canards x2
I also have an engine that I bought a while back that I have ready to throw into this chassis. Its a half bridge port, with a garage reg stud kit, turboblown extended cast manifold, BorgWarner EFR 9174 turbo, full function fuel rails with ID1750cc primarys and ID2200 secondarys. Will be sending the engine to GarageReg when I finally have everything back together and ready for first start to open her up and make sure it is in good condition to make 600hp and maybe get a few extra's. I still need to get an ECU thinking of going complete stand alone and wiring a PMU in to control the lights and other basics. Thinking of using a Link ecu not 100% sure which one yet but need to do some more research/talk to some people.
As for the chassis need to install my Yellow speed coilovers for the mean time ideally want to get a set of ohlins. Put on the fuel tank, CSG v4 lights I got laying about. I also have a RE amemiya front bumper which I was going to use so might test fit it with the rest of the kit to see which I like better. Anyway this is what I got now and hope to show you the rest of the progress with this build
Cheers Olly
End goal: 600hp Time attack car/street monster
