What ECU are you running?
Also worth checking the impedence of the injectors they should be high impedence (if they are low then yoiu should have resistors fitted to the loom)
I'm guessing the fuel rails are Raduim or similar looking at the photos, can you read the static fuel pressure?
At the end of the day it's the same as any engine, do you have spark, fuel delivery, or are your flooded, pull the plugs, then move to does the engine have compression.
The big problem is it hasn't run in a long time, so why was it parked up? did it run when it was parked up, or has someone started something and not finished what they were doing.
I put mine away for 7 years, put a new battery on it, oiled the rota faces (spun it over by hand a few times to make sure the apex seals were oiled up and the chuffs sounded equal), and it started 2nd turn of the key, on the old fuel.

Radium upper and lower 42ish psi static fuel pressure.

How do I check if there high/low impedance?

I know it's not ideal but it has Apexi power FC.

Previous owner had it for 15 years got parked after 3 for a rebuild there is a lot of info and history missing for the car ie there isn't anything.

Don't even know who rebuilt the motor 12 year ago.

Was laid up due to ill health apparently.

Loads of stuff missing/broken from a garage that was ment to of been doing the work.

It had defi gauge's semi wired in but no actual gauges they were missing but the control box is there.

I would guess they are all high, but you can google the part numbers - ID1050 etc that should tell you. If they are low then IIRC the low resistance can damage the injector drivers in the ECU.
Apexi power FC is still run by a lot of people, it just lacks modern failsafes and needs a magic box to connect it to your laptop, if you can download the manual you may be able to check if the injectors have been altered on the hand commander if you have one, I honestly cannot remember what you can pull up on them now.

Cable is coming it's in Heathrow.

I have the software loaded as it's now released to the public by Apexi.

I checked on the commander it was scaled for 550 primary and 870 secondary but I didn't know if it was correct so pulled the fuel rails off.

Glad I did tho they weren't mounted correctly.

Seems to be a running theme with this car.

Pulled this off the commander last month

If you've got 1050s in the primaries and 550 programmed it will probably dump way to much fuel. Timing is also not split, should be about 15deg diff at idle.
IIRC the blacked out readings mean its not happy with VTA1 and Fuel, like all things car it's just not happy with something it sees doesn't mean it's wrong. Gives you something to look into.
Personally I would consider resetting the ecu map and giving it new parameters for your setup, the ecu will build a "safe" map to get the car moving, just don't try to run under boost.

I'll dump the ECU once the cable comes and pick over it.

So many things are all over the place on this car but I'll get it.

It doesn't have alot of the systems that the stock one has ie no idle air control valve air pump deleted all the wiring had been redone in a new loom minus the firewall boot for some reason.

With the timing what should it be? Or close to?

I had similar problems with really shit, dangerous and nonsensical work done.

Iacv delete is pretty normal. As is air pump (if you have cat deleted)

-5 & -20 ring a bell, but dont quote me on it. You're probably best to back up your map, if your map is set to 550 and 850 injectors I would reset back to base map and make the alterations as per what you now have fitted.
