So the new floor pans and boot floor are in and the interior is also ready for paint now.
Next thing is to get the custom door cards made to fit around the cage but still be a full panel so the inside of the door isn't visible.
To say I am excited to see this painted is an understatement, unfortunately it won't be in paint until January so they can focus on other projects more, so the only progress until then will be the door cards.

So a small update which has taken a tonne of work!
The new custom door panels have been made to fit around the aggressive NASCAR door bars, as the flat carbon panels I have would never work or look good. The poly carbonate windows are also fitted (minus sliders).
The chain is the temporary "door pull" until the fabric pull loop arrives and is installed.
Unsurprisingly and hopefully the very last bit of shoddy work was discovered in the engine bay, so hopefully the last bits of repairs before it finally gets painted and is ready for collection.
All going well, the final bits of work will be happening and it will be getting painted next month

I don't have photos but the underside has been freshly under sealed too, so not one part of this has been left untouched.
The interior and cage are also painted and to say I love it is an understatement. It should look insane with the carbon tillett seats and flocked dash!!
I believe next week the shell will be getting painted and then it can start getting put back together.

do you have a short list of wheels to choose from?
I'm tempted by the Rays Gram Lights 57XR in 18 x 10.5 ET12. Probably need some sort of spacer too.
Other than that it would be TE37, I do quite like Work Meister L1 as well. I'm basically open to opinions as I'm so torn and go between options all the time

Getting close to seeing this all built back up and looking epic. Albeit with stock ride height and wheels that don't fit the kit at allbut I do have coilovers ready for it, I just need to figure out what wheels I want.

For the first time in probably 5+ years, the car is back together, has Windows and is starting to look how it should!
Chassis mount wing, rear bumper, door windows are still awaiting fitment as I'm waiting for seals and parts coming back from powder coating. The seats will be going in soon too when the mounts come back from powder.
Collecting this on 30th July and then can look to get the coilovers, AP brakes etc fitted.

Not much progress since my last post, just awaiting collection.
Even with the stupid ride height and tiny wheels I absolutely love how this looks and can't wait to see how much better it gets when the interior builds up and I lower it and get wheels with proper fitment.

Not many updates since last time, I collected it and fitted most of the coil overs (ran out of time while it was out of storage and it's too small to properly work on it inside) and the AP Racing front discs & pads.
Then it went back in to storage for a while but is now finally out again to get a few bits tidied up, fit a few more parts and most importantly, get the new wheels on.
New wheels won't be finished until the end of the month as I have gone for a custom set from 6AD, so they should fill the arches perfectly without the need for spacers. We ended up deciding on 18x10 ET0 fronts and 18x12 ET10 rears.
Obviously won't be finished, but it will be on show at Gravity and the LZ World Tour at the end of August/start of September
