Yesterdays downtime

Just a quick note to say sorry for yesterdays downtime.

We were down for roughly two hours (Around 10pm-12pm), I moved the website over to a new host. Unfortunately we were using up all the server resources of the old server, I think its because you guys upload too many images This was causing some images to display as broken.

We've now moved to a VPS which should run quicker and also has the added benefit of being able to add CPU, ram and disk space as the site grows.

Hey matt any idea why I'm getting the inserted pic when I try using my wifi on here? My 3g works fine but wifi don't like it?
Ive tried 2 different browsers, chrome and whatever comes on my phone. Just gogle I think!

The dns has not propagated for you. Can you try 'Settings > apps > chrome > storage > clear cache' ?

Also try clearing your browser history then refreshing the page. What you're currently looking at is the old server :/

I'm bloody back lol.
Right...... atm it's working fine on my works wifi. Also last night I cleared cache, that didn't work and neither did clearing data!
I then had to put my password back in and I'd forgotten it lol. So I tried different passwords and got locked out lol. I tried 'forgot password' but I never received the email to reset it. I done it twice last night and just tried again with still no email!
Luckily I just kept trying different passwords (I only have 3 with different combos of exclamations etc) and found my way back in
So...... yes it works with work wifi!
I'll try home wifi later!
I'll let you know if them password reset emails ever reach me!

Oh God that sounds like a nightmare @Spendyrx ! The email might be a separate issue, I'll dig into that one tonight!

I have no idea why your home dns would take so long to flush hopefully it updates for you today

Not sure if anyone else is getting this but I don’t get email notification of new PMs. I checked the settings and it’s set so I should but nothing arrives. Not in spam box either

All emails stopped working @Jit

I've now set up all emails to go through gsuite (basicaly gmail) so they will be delivered and not blocked or marked as spam.

I think that's us fully back to normal!

I set the forum software to send emails but it looks like It sent about 3 emails then google decided that the forum sending emails was suspicious.

Looking for a way of allowing the forum to send emails now.
