Split Rims

Thinking of changing my BBS LM so the Rim sits outside of the Centre.
Anyone else done this? Did it kill you?

An inch means a lot to me

Mine have been like this for years. I mean, it's hardly been driven in that time, but I'm still alive!
Simple remove, reverse mount, done, think the bolts were about 12nm
Left quite a lot of marking on the mounting face though, I really need to get them refurbed.

I decided against it based on that alone... Mine were referbed and I think switching them around would mean they would need doing again, and Aint nobody got time for that.
