You think there is much future/business in rotary's? Are the few people in the UK who tune and rebuild and MAP etc All busy enough to make a good living?

I think the guys who really survive are not doing it as their sole income. They are good at what they do and enjoy what they do so are in demand but possibly not a reliable income.

The government is hell bent on removing any sort of fun vehicles from the roads. Don't be surprised if in 10yrs or less it will be basically impossible to run a rotary car.

Never understood how they can scrap MOT and Tax on old shit boxes but our cars and those similar have to struggle on through getting our pants pulled down

As for wgt the reputation is deteriorating by the day. It seems like a weekly thing now that someone comes away from there having been shafted. There reputation is taking a beating it. There is obviously the few loyal sheep that defend wgt to the death but thats not enough to sustain a business, seems the perfect time to get out the game and run. They have made their money its senseless fucking up anymore cars.

I don't want to agree with this, so I'll say 20 years, just to keep the mood up.

I have to also say I've used WGT for the last 16yrs and never really had any issues. Pip has always tuned my car (even when they where opposite the salt museum).

I haven't been there for about 12 months, was looking at getting the car on the dyno in the next month....
