Looking for some proffesional advice regarding mapping and possibly places to take the car to asap.

Sounds like the car is fairly close bar mapping, this is where i would start;

"1680 injectors, I believe 800 primaries but cannot confirm as I do not remember, the map says 550 looking at the datalogit"

Get the remaining buts done. Confirm primary injector size and make required adjustments, if needed, in pfc. Then reset pfc to learn idle etc. I dont think the pfc will be able to setup and build map correctly if the base data is wrong.

Yh cheer guys, I have spoke to STU extremely helpful chap, more than likley I will trailer it down there. Looks like the main issue is the fact that it was mapped with several leaks and the car is now over boosting as I am running knightsports twins which are obviously bigger than stock and designed to run 1 bar standard, as the car is on a stock map sensor it can only read to 14 psi after that it has no idea what's it's doing. They have set the ecu to boost 1.1 bar which is 15.6 psi which is already more than the stock sensor can handle as I understand it. So when it spikes the ecu has no idea what to do and is likely just throwing fuel in it. What really pisses me off is I was told to buy a 3 bar map sensor which I did and provided, it was then not used and mapped on the stock sensor... Had the 3 bar been used, chances are this would be half as bad as it is...

Stock map sensor is good for 1.2 bar as its a 2.2 bar sensor. I ran it up to 1.2bar with no issues.

Put it back to base map set the boost about 1 bar and start from there. You might find it runs good then you just need it tweaking at a tuners and boost taking back up.

1 bar is more than enough for me to be honest, the car only weighs 1200kg and it was making close to 400whp at 1 bar. However I do not have a datalogit but my friend does. Going to retest the actuators to make sure they are opening correctly, fit some ngk 11 plugs to trailing and figure out which primary injectors I have (yay taking it apart again) Fit this afr gauge so I can see what's going on and go from there. If I reset it do I just leave it to idle to learn and then get it mapped?

Yeah you idle it for a bit then put ac and fans on there is guides online. You don't need datalogit to reset just the commander.

A transport to stu is worth the money. A standard map sensor will read correctly to 1.15bar but a 3bar one is a good upgrade if your planning on more.

If i had been told my car was stored inside and i found out it was left to rot outside for a year id be doing my nut and probably starting legal action.

Hope you get it all sorted soon mate

Any one got an engine for sale, prefer ported.. or Any opinions on other possible faults.

So as you know it went for mapping, now I know it had compression prior to this, how ever it now has with normal comp tester front rotor reads 6.8/6.8/6.8, rear reads 6.4/2/2. Chuff test sounds fine, putting fingers in holes feels good, looked at seals with a small camera and they all look fine and same as the front. It's not burning any oil or water and makes 18 psi.

That sounds like a apex seal has gone tbh, mine was the same. In fact it still drive and boosted fine. Tell tale was the boost needle bouncing very slightly on idle.

See mine doesn't even do that. Vacuum holds perfect. Maybe a stuck spring, either way it needs to come apart.

I would get it tested again tbh. I had similar comp results and i could here the chuff difference quite clearly. Like CHUFF chuff chuff, the front was very even CHUFF CHUFF CHUFF.

Ye did the chuff test, sounded exactly same on both sides, CHUFF CHUFF CHUFF. Think it might just be a slightly broken tip, enough to do it though.

Just an update, this is the tps settings it was running... I mean at this point I actually doubt it's been on the dyno... or at least not to the point where anything has been done.

I'd be very surprised if anyone dyno'd a car with the turbo hanging off. Surely it was blowing like a bastard?

Sounded like a diesel m8, but it's deffo been on dyno I saw it on a video which was then deleted. I still can't believe it's been dynoed like this.
