Went for a little ride out earlier with @Robbo80 for which will probably be the cars last outting of the year. A combined 929hp on wet/damp roads was interesting at times lol i had a turtle head sticking out on the tight b roads lol was sliding all over the place.

Well since my car is hibernated this is my final 2018 spec for car for anyone that's interested.

Borg warner 8374
Turblown iwg manifold
Turblown 3" downpipe
3" midpipe
RB 3" single tip exhaust
Turbosmart twin port actulator
V mount intercooler setup
DM idler pulley
ACT clutch
ACT 12lbs flywheel and counter weight
Apexi power FC with commander
Greddy profec 2 boost controller
AEM smart coils
Magancore Leads
Turbosmart FPR 1200
Bosch 044 fuel pump
Stock primary rail with KG parts secondary
550cc primary 1680cc secondary injectors
AEM meth injection with custom reservoir.
Wgt ast tank
Triumph ats
HSD monopro coilovers
Nankang AR1 tyres

I have probably left loads out but that is the bulk of it. Been a mad 5 months from picking up a bone stock car to were it sits today lol.

Plans for winter and next year:

Link g4+
Mac 4 port solenoid
Link 3 bar map sensor
Turblown ewg manifold and downpipe
Ewg 8374 housing
BBK - AP racing or similar
Refurb wheels
2x comp40 wastegates
Remap and upping to 1.4bar of boost

Cheers buddy. Can't wait for the nice weather next year! I was at croft last Saturday just spectating it was killing me haha I just wanted to get on the track and give her hell. Although till I get the boost properly dialed it's probably not wise as I'll end up blowing it up lol.

Cheers bud. You will get there bud and once you do I guarantee you that you will enjoy the 8374. The spool is insane, fingers crossed you don't get creep like myself. @Nas80 runs a very similar setup to us and his boost is rock solid so maybe I've just been unlucky.

I know how awesome they are when they work. Trouble is it only worked properly for less than 3 months lol.

Mine was a pretty solid 1.1bar when it worked. The spool on mine is still impressive even with the manifold leak.

As you say, I'll get there eventually

Yea I ran out of brakes at 1.0 bar. I think before I go any further that's gonna have to be an upgrade.

But as Rob said. I got lucky and don't have any crazy boost problems. But I did have a leak initially it was the gasket between throttle body and the uim.

Considering a flocked dash and few other parts to give the cabin a nicer feel.

I've been thinking about the Turblown kit if I go to a single.

How have you liked the IWG kit and what's the reason you would change to the EWG?

I am experiencing boost creep with the iwg. It seems to be hit or miss. Some people have problems and some don't. Guess I got unlucky. I suspect the cold weather and very little restriction in the exhaust doesn't help. The quality of the manifold etc is very good if I wasn't experiencing problems I wouldn't be swapping. It's the turbo wastegate that's giving me the problems.
