Getting close now. Just waiting on my aem coil kit and need to source some fuel rails and I'm ready to assemble.

Pretty happy with the quality of the downpipe just need to hope it actually lines up once fitted lol.

At this rate you would have it all setup and mapped by October time!

Yeah that's the plan if i can pull it off i originally planned to wait till next year but patience has got the better of me. Would like to try and get a few drives out with it all converted before she hibernates. I will probably keep it on the road and use on dry days until they start salting the roads.

She is coming along great mate and likely running again this week. I won't be getting the car till October but getting regular updates. Had some exhaust porting and oem mazda seals along with a new bigger dp and wg plumbed in. A few other bits and pieces just to get ready for back on track.

Ah nice! Bet it will seem like a new car with strong compression and a bit of cheeky porting.

Possibly, it was lively enough before so keen to see what strong compression does for it. It's been so long I've forgot what good compression is lol

Postman has been again lol.

Had to get a new boost gauge as the aem one decided to shit it's self and start reading 1.8psi with the engine off and would get up to 30psi with light throttle so that's gone back lol. A friend of mine said he used some ar1's and spoke very highly of them so thought they were worth a punt and ordered 2x 235 40 17 and 2x 255 40 17 so hopefully they should hold the power and provide some good cornering grip.

Martin has sorted me out with a fuel rail now to so im pretty much ready to rock I think.
Although every time I think that something else pops up lol

BOV if you want to use one,

The AR1 tyres do look very good and i fancy giving them a go when my Ado8Rs are finished. Its the Nangkang brand i have issues with and shit quality rubber but will give the brand another go.

Pip said to me no need for map sensor if your staying below 1.2 bar.

A mate of mine ran them on his skyline recently and he absolutely loved them said they were better than r888's. You can have a drive of my car and see what you think. I'll be all over croft track days next year.
