Tillett b6 fitment

What is the max width and dimensions of a seat that can fit in the fd ? I think I’ve seen a list of compatibile seats on one of the forums but can’t find it !

the carbon tillett seats look amazing so hopefully they will fit as they are 44cm wide

The wide Tillet B6 XL with rolled edges should fit.

According to RX7 Club thread: List of seats that fit and dont fit.

But you need to remember if they mention driver side it's the opposite to us and there is more space on the UK/Import passenger side than there is on the driver

the standard b6 is 3cm smaller so looks like I should be ok !

I have the B6-40 seats and they fit in mine, I'd say with loads of spare space.

I do have a fully stripped interior and roll car 'X' in the doors, but still loads of room, so I would guess in a carpeted, more standard interior they would still be fine

Got any pics ? - which mounts did you use ?

it seems the only issue might be the tranny tunnel in a standard rhd car

I only have a couple, and they are a bit blurry/poor quality because I was rushing, but there should be no problems with the tranny tunnel.

I have some low aluminium mounts, could try and find where I got them from if needed.

I think i've seen those low profile mounts on eBay from a guy who refurbs the brake calipers

Awesome!! Did you get the B6-40 or the larger ones?

I'm looking to get some custom pads for it eventually when my car is closer to building an interior.

Yeah that's right, I got them on eBay a while ago, pretty sure he has some hi spec rear brakes listed too.

went for the 44 - not the xl pair but the 40mm with the edges left on - looks really nice

I didn’t get the cushions with it as they seemed expensive for a piece of foam so I’ll get them made locally

Can’t fault the supply too - less than 24 hours and it arrived !

also they match well the carbon dash parts - same weave !

They are the ones I got, seems decent quality and fit well, my seats sat real low too which is ideal!!

That’s the guy ! - I’m waiting on him to answer a question about a big brake set on if they include the rears or not and then I’ll jump on these
