The twins are off, any other jobs while I'm in?

While it's in the garage, I wondered if anyone would suggest any other jobs I could do?

I'll be checking all solenoids and actuators, replace all vac hoses with silicone. Also, I'll check the earth points as my speedo and headlights seem to be mutually exclusive features.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'll look into that, thanks. There's some small ID coolant pipes that have gone hard and shit... can anyone recommend a best place to go for replacements?

I just use fuel/air/coolant pipe from eBay! Couple of quid a metre!

Have you had any issues with them kinking? (Not a sexual term)

Nope, the black fuel lines I bought from eBay are great! Even replaced the one under the throttle which is a right dick for kinking but it's held quite well! Was looking at it the weekend

I did something similar as a temporary measure when the correct hoses didn’t show up, they’ve been going strong for a few years and are still ok. Saved probably £100 too.
