Any suggestions to stop my seats clunking and rattling?

I’ve had them out to clean them up and re fitted them.

The rear section clunks when sat in it, shaking backwards and forwards like a mental case.

Any ideas?

What is loose mate, is it the seats? Or rails? Are the mounts to the car floorpan ok, I've had ones fail before

The rails feels solid. It’s the back upper section that feels loose. You can sit on it and it rocks back and forward slightly.

There’s like a black bracket that holds the base to the back, it’s on the side where the belt buckle is. Check that it’s done up right
