I know there's a review in their Trader Section, but thought I'd get a thread going in the Customer Feedback Section.

I have been using Rotortorque as my go to specialist since last summer after meeting Stu and Jay at a wet track day at Snetterton early last year. After receiving some poor service and quality issues when my single turbo conversion was done by Hayward’s, Rotortorque have managed to diagnose and remediate the various problems.

I have just got the car back from them after having the following done:
  • Fixing an exhaust leak between my Hayward custom manifold and my EFR turbo;
  • Replacing my idle control valve, which had become faulty;
  • Re-configuring my radiator and intercooler to a v-mount. Temps are notably improved over the old setup using the same rad and IC core;
  • Link ECU installed and mapped. Stu is a dealer for these, and includes some of the setup in the purchase cost, so buying one from him is a no-brainer. Jay’s mapping skills are already common knowledge and he hasn't disappointed!
  • Installing a wideband sensor and connecting an output to the ECU
  • Setting up am AEM water injection system using a SakeBomb tank.
  • Installing a full SuperPro bushings kit and J-Auto pillow balls + alignment
  • Some wiring jobs.
I won’t say how much it all cost, but I consider it to be good value and, although I have only driven the car home so far, it was a good drive! The car feels very well set up and very driveable.

I have found Stu very responsive to communicate with and also willing to go the extra mile. For example:
- He was willing to help me sell some of my old parts; and
- Today when I picked the car up him and Jay took the time to crack the communication issues between the ECU and my Pumpkin Android headunit, to allow it to display real-time ECU information. It would have been a nightmare for me to crack this, but now that it’s working I can set up gauges in my own time.

For a bit of balance:
- Work took a bit longer than originally expected, but to be fair to Stu, it was a long list of work and the timescale to complete was still reasonable considering. I am still satisfied;
- Could have put an air filter on the car ! :p

Do you have a break down of the costs as all?
Interested in how much the suspension bushes being changed and realigned was.
