After a few months of trying it’s become pretty evident that this OS Giken set up isn’t going to work for me, I’m making too much power and torque so time for a different direction.
That being said I have an almost new OS Giken gearset in a freshly built box available for sale. Less than 100 miles covered. Built by Geartech in Kidderminster.
See my thread for full details but effectively it’s rebuilt with the 5 speed OSG kit, brand new Mazda synchros, new bearings and spacers required all OEM.
The box will also come with the Billet Rotary billet sump brace for extra strength. This was around £400 imported.
This will be perfect for lower power builds, bear in mind I’m making north of 800bhp and over 500lb ft.
I have around £4k in this box inc labour, asking for £2k. Collection only from Cheltenham.
