Front wheel shifting forward?

I had slight contact on heavy front corners on 9.5 width front wheels and that was 17s. Granted it was only evident when the suspension was really pushed but i think your always gonna be struggling with wheels that wide tbh. Those cars with that set up you linked are solid show cars though so don't really need to worry about handling or even turning circles etc.

To get around it though you could certainly roll your arches a bit and play around with tyre sizes and I'm sure you will get it to work.

What I've done is bought some second hand arches (£30 for the pair) and then bolted on some universal fender flares (of course I cut the inner arch that would have fouled the wheel) and this has done the trick (pretty much - there is a very small amount of rub on the arch on the wheel when cornering heavy and quite a lot of lock on the steering wheel but it's not an issue). Having 285/30 tyres give it a small amount of stretch which just gives it enough clearance but really, to get better clearance I'd need more stretch but I wouldn't want to do that.

Basically, I've got all of this together purely for track sessions so it's not the prettiest setup but it's fairly functional. Unfortunately I haven't had loads of time to work things out properly as it was all a fairly last minute decision to do the track day and then get the wheels. Future ideas would involve tweaking all of the arch liners (possibly making my own custom ones) so that I'm not having to use cable ties to hold it all back from fouling on the wheel, getting some slightly wider fender flares or getting some slightly wider arches just for track days. I've also got 3 bumpers (as you do) so I might have a dedicated track one that I can cut up a bit for this wheel and tyre setup.

All food for thought really.

Yeah I missed the width of your fronts; 11" is pretty lairy you'll have to cut the corner of the light frame out if you want to run them. If you dont they'll scrub on load into corners too

Yeah, probably shouldn't really be running them but oh well, they're on now. It was more the fact that they have different front to back spacing/gaps which was what was worrying me.

After this weekend, it may all come back off anyway and me put the other arches and wheels back on. 10.5 rears, 9.5 fronts.

How about this one?

The width of the wheel is too much with the offset so the wheel is turning into the bumper and light frame as opposed to turning inside it. It's the same issue I have running my 9.5s on the front so i've hacked out part of the light frame in order to make them work.

Yup. The main issue for me was the difference between the two sides.
