I bought something from them recently, and yeah has taken a little time to get the bit, but it may have not been in stock and with covid, i think we all need to give people a bit of a break as nothing is easy at the moment. peace and love

Well I've been waiting since march for my car which wasn't getting much work done to it

And I don't get any phone responses for 4 weeks when I call them at times, the communication has been very poor

I would if I could, but the car isn't mobile, because the engine is being worked on currently, I'm sure the work done will be good in the end, but the time taken and lack of communication has made it a really poor experience , which wont be repeated

I ordered some oil off them a month back and arranged to collect. When I turned up in business hours nobody was about so I called the number to no avail.
Finally got a call back and I said it’s too late I’ve left could you please send it to me I’ll happily pay the carriage.
Two weeks, countless calls/emails/calling them out on social media I didn’t hear anything. In the end I had to raise a paypal dispute and they just refunded the money with a short message accusing me of turning up outside of the arranged pick up time.......
Horrible experience but I have had a couple of other things off them which turned up within two days so I think it’s just luck of the draw?

Ive also watched most of their YouTube videos and they are clearly very competent within their specialty they just need to work on the communication through orders etc.
