But apparently those damn pole positions touch the door and end up denting your door card.
I use a Recaro Profi SPG. Static it doesn't touch the door card, but does when loaded up during cornering. Hasn't dented the trim, but maybe polished it lightly at most in about 25k miles. One option is to trim the fiberglass slightly on the shoulder, so only the fabric touches.
For me the Profi provides much better support than the RZ seat I started with on track and is more comfortable. Did 3000 miles round the Alps in a 10 day trip and multiple 'ring/Spa trips. Depends on your body shape of course.
