93 boot hatch different?

I’ve got a shine auto carbon hatch spoiler. Never fitted and someone asked about buying it. The buyer looked on the shine auto website and it says it can only be fitted to a 94+ due to a different curviture?
Is the 93 hatch different?

I have the Origin Labo spoiler that this is a copy of on my 93. The older hatch glass is slightly different, you need to build up the corners with fibgreglass and reprofile them to get a clean fit.
