Hi guys, I have a set of 10.5 et 22 Gramlights and could use some advise on fitment.
So visibly they sit really nicely but I'm concerned about rubbing in 2 places.
1. Wiring harness at the top of each wheel arch well
2. Back side of the metal brackets for the pop ups (highlighted in red below)
I've removed my washer bottle but the wheel rubs at close to full lock on the headlight bracket + the wiring that touches it coming down from the wheel arch.
I know that 10.5 et22 is a bit much for the front of an FD, but I've seen there are plenty of people who have run similar or more aggressive wheels at the front.
Is there an easy way of routing the wiring loom into the square cut out (top right of picture below)?
If that's possible is it a pain in the ass to unplug everything in the engine bay to do this, or is there an easier way around all of this?
Additionally is it OK to deform the metal on the pop up brackets to stop the rubbing, or is that going to cause issues with alignments on the front end?
