Power Steering Fluid

Could someone tell me what power steering fluid I can use in my FD. The current fluid is in desperate need of a change. I've had a look around and cant seem to find the answer. Having a look on Opie Oils, there seems to be loads of choice but unsure which one to go for. Thank you

Dexron II is what it says to use in the manual.

I dont think there much difference between all the brands of power steering fluid. So just use any
