German looking for a 1992 FD

I want to build a long time dream car of mine, a single turbo FD with an RE-Amemiya AD-GT Bodykit. Due to emissions regulations i need a 1992, which is a bit hard to come by sometimes. I won't specify a budget cause i know how car projects can go

So to start this off i need a car, which can be a modified or stock 1992 manual without a sunroof. I am fine with a car from basically anywhere on the world, neither limited to EU or the UK.

If you are up, my 2000 Type RS Single Turbo just got emission tested and CO is under 0.5 on idle and 0.3 on fast idle (at least thats what is needed here in Spain).
