Raptor engine bay paint - thoughts

I’ve used raptor paint before on the underside and engine bays of a classic mini I done - but what’s everyone thoughts of using it for an rx7 engine bay - while it’s really practical does the look of it detract from the engine bay

Go for it think Gav did a similar thing on his red car

You can get tintable raptor as well, which I think you mix with base coat to get the colour and if you thin it down a touch you can reduce the texture and get a nicer finish. Would look decent then and still offer the protection.

It would detract for me personally, it's a finish not designed to be seen

I wouldn't do it personally. Paint the bay to match the exterior!

Decided against it and painted it in house of kolors black instead

you made the right choice, bloody truck bed linner should not be used on cars the fad has passed and they now look shit
