JDM Combe - Saturday June 1st, 2019

This year JDM Combe will be on Saturday 1st June. Its a good event and we have had a great turn out for previous years.

Booking will be the normal scenario of going on to Combe's website and entering the club code to book - I'm just waiting for an email back to confirm the code.

£15 per car* (Admits the driver and up to 3 Passengers)
CLUB BOOKING DEADLINE: Tuesday 7th May at 9am - After this date we are unable to make amendments to club stands. - NOW EXTENDED TO THE 13TH MAY
*Subject to booking fee

Exclusive discounted early-bird track time available: Book track time before 19th April to receive £5 off the public price! Discount is automatically applied to club bookings.

The track time was discounted via the club booking section to £25/30 depending on the time session picked. If you book through the public section it’s £30/35 depending on the session.

All I say is keep your eyes open when on track if you like your car as I found a few bell ends on track last year! @Martin17 that is a joke as martin was screaming around the track like a good one! Seriously though it was my first time on the track and I wasn't the fastest and if I saw any cars coming up I'd just move over and let them pass! In the briefing we were warned that quarry is a bastard and the amount of cars that went off there through the day went to prove it! We were also warned no overtaking there and some impatient bell end in a s2000 tried doing me coming through folly and into quarry and nearly smashed into the back of me! I really wasn't too pleased about that! Yes I wasn't the fastest and I certainly weren't gonna try be a hero on my 205/55/16 tyres! I may sound like an old miserable fart but I was out for a jolly, not to blow the last 10 years of my life and best part of my life savings on a twat in a honda!

Other than that....it's a fantastic day out and the weather was really on our side last year
I'm not sure if I'll be going this year, the fd won't be making an appearance but I might! We'll see!

Yeah the standards of driving on these type of days tend to be pretty poor. I'll just be on the stand.

I'll be driving up from weymouth with Joe spesh in convoy. I will prob have spare seat in mine if anyone wants to jump in to go up .happy to detour a little on the way to pick up if needed. If anyone wants to join in the convoy we could arrange stop offs on the way we will prob go blandford, shaftesbury, under the a303 and then north through Westbury etc

I normally arrange the FDUK stand and i don't see there being FDUK one this year given the forum is all but a library now.
