You need to get your hands dirty, Era (as far as i know) doesn't take full cars on a lot, take it out yourself and post or drive it to him. but yeah prob best engine builder in the country, but that's all he does.

You're likely to be unhappy or get burned with something if you take it to one garage and say 'sort it' you have to shop around and find good places youself.

tuning to marco / jaydee
gearbox to a reputable engine builder
take it somewhere local for custom intercooler, its just welding it's not rx7 specific
auto to manula swap is pretty simple when you get into it.

Yeah at the Nurburgring people will walk past supercars and ignore them to look at old Japanese stuff because they aren't used to seeing it.

I used Colum / garageReg for the engine build but he sent my plates off to oldone for his streetport, I'm 99% sure stu sends the engine to Oldone for porting too.
