Blimey, I am glad I double checked. As you said the bug and spider has cancelled your reservation, I just checked myself and they also sent me that message. I think I will phone tomorrow to clarify and have to book another place if unavailable.
There seems a fair few that are not too far away for similar money.

It's my dads mate so it'll be ok next week.
I'm now stopping in the best western compass inn, 85 a night I paid, which I thought wasnt too bad.
The bug and spider just cancelled for me and refunded me.

Gates open at 6.30AM - you are actually due on your stand by 9.30AM but they are not normally strict on this as the queues to get in can be pretty long given everyone will be coming in on the same road.
I normally aim to get their by 7AM, and just roll on in without queuing
